Karen Higgins

Karen is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our customers. Having had a number of years working in Customer Service and Aftercare, Karen feels her strong points are Communication, Problem Solving and Relationship Management. Working closely with the Sales, Finance and Software Support teams on a daily basis, she helps with a spectrum of questions and queries to ensure our customers get the best outcome so they can carry-on enjoying CoolCare. She enjoys working with all her colleagues, as they all add insight from their variety of skills and knowledge, this will help to drive CoolCare forward with positive developments, customer support and always delivering an invaluable service.
